Hurricane Lowell expected to impact Hawaii overnight
Hurricane Lowell has turned northward and is expected to pass close to Hawaii overnight Monday into Tuesday, bringing hurricane-force winds and heavy rainfall. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans reports from Kauai.
